Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to prevent any processing delays.
Drop Off Package
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup via our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
